The people who live with us are our "residents", not our "tenants'; Our properties are their homes first, and "our properties" second. To the same, I consider myself a "property owner", not a “landlord.” (I detest the term "Landlord"!) As a property owner, I feel that my highest duty is ensuring that those families and individuals who live in their homes can live their lives and make memories happily, safely, comfortably, and securely. My team and I aim for the highest quality of life for our residents, and the greatest capacity for giving back in our investments.
Above all, service is first and foremost in my philosophy and in my business. It is the cornerstone of the culture of our organization, and the foundation upon which we build everything. Quite personally, I consider service to be the highest and most sacred of duties that I have as a property owner, something that transcends profit and business.
